1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • The product is defective or not working

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is missing parts or accessories

  • The product is not as described

To be eligible for return:

  • You must raise a request within 2–7 days of delivery

  • The product must be in its original condition

  • All accessories, tags, and packaging must be intact


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Used mobile accessories (earbuds, earphones, etc.)

  • Personal care items

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Process

To start a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us through our Customer Support

  2. Provide your order ID, product photos, and reason for return

  3. Our team will verify and arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product back

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the return or replacement


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only after:

  • The returned product is received

  • It passes the quality inspection

Refund Modes:

  • UPI

  • Bank Transfer

  • Original payment method

Refund may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.


5. Replacement Policy

If the product is in stock, we will send a replacement.
If not, you can choose between:

  • A refund

  • A different product of similar value


6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you can apply for a return after delivery.
